This explains what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with — for site visitors, buyer firms, and the taxpayers whose leads move through our marketplace.
Faireleads is operated by Vantree LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy covers faireleads.com and any subdomains, including app.faireleads.com, our buyer marketplace portal operated in partnership with LeadSwitchboard.io.
Faireleads interacts with three groups of people, and this policy explains our practices toward each:
From site visitors: if you contact us by email or fill out a contact form on this site, we collect what you submit — name, firm name, email, phone number, and any message content. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider's server logs.
From buyer firms: when you create an account on our marketplace portal, we (through our platform partner, LeadSwitchboard.io) collect your firm's name, your name, contact details, billing information for credit purchases, and your activity on the platform (leads viewed, claimed, and disputed).
From consumers (the underlying leads): individual taxpayers who submit an intake form — whether on a Faireleads-branded page or a partner site — provide contact information (name, phone, email), state, and details about their tax situation (approximate debt range, case type). Consent to be contacted is captured and time-stamped at the moment of submission via TrustedForm (operated by ActiveProspect), an independent third-party consent-certification service.
We do not sell consumer contact information as a standalone product to advertisers or data brokers outside our buyer marketplace. We do share information with:
This site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement (for example, a Meta/Facebook Pixel used to measure the performance of our ad campaigns). You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not currently serve behaviorally targeted ads to consumers based on their tax-debt status; our advertising is directed at business buyers, not the underlying consumer population.
Consumers: if you submitted your information through an intake form and no longer wish to be contacted, contact us at the email below and we will honor opt-out requests to the extent required by the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
California residents: depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, or opt out of certain sharing. Contact us to make a request.
Buyer firms: you can access and update your account information directly through the marketplace portal, or contact us for assistance.
We rely on our platform partners' security measures (including encryption in transit and at rest) and take reasonable steps to protect information we handle directly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Faireleads' services are directed at businesses and individual taxpayers who owe back taxes; they are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
